First Steps Atlanta - Parents and Sitters. Connected.

Becoming a First Steps parent is fairly simple, but does have a few steps to guarantee a good fit. Please begin by filling out the online application. A First Steps representative will then be in touch to schedule a brief home-visit meeting with you and your family. The visit is meant to keep the network personal for everyone and to ensure all safety precautions are met. Upon approval and receipt of membership dues you will be added to the network and may begin using First Steps as often as you like. A couple weeks before your annual membership expires, you will be contacted by First Steps with a reminder to renew.

The application process:

  1. Apply online
  2. Schedule your home visit once contacted by First Steps
  3. If it’s a good fit and all goes well with your home visit – pay your annual dues and you’re in for a full year!
